Over the years it has grown beautifully with the children, we have learned from each other and lived wonderful experiences together. However, our favorite style is SALSA, as it defines us best \u2013 a fast, energetic dance, full of color and flavor. Each class begins with a warm-up on body segments, intended both for warming up the muscles, but also as exercises preceding the dance movements.
